Bodycombat is a challenging Cardio-Workout, which will engage you completely. We are offering this energetic program in cooperation with LES MILLS. It it inspired by martial arts and has its roots in many Combatsports, just as Karate, Kickboxing, , Taekwondo, Tai Chi und Muay Thai. You will defeat your imaginary opponent with Punch, Kicks and Katas. Burn powerful calories and experience a new kind of Cardio-Fitness.
