STRONG by Zumba - NEW!

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity intervall training, in which strength, endurance and agility are promoted in a versatile cardio- and muscle training. Pace and vibrant rhythms will train your muscles and cardiovascular system. You will also learn simpley dancemoves, in total though, STRONG by Zumba is an allroung workout für anyone who likes to move around and not a pure dancelesson. Fun Fact: The music which accompanies the sport was created in cooperation with Timbaland!
