Tae-Bo is not an Asian martial arts, it's an endurance work out, which combines elements of boxing, kickboxing, aerobics with motivating music. We want to improve our base fitness and coordination, strengthen our muscles and have fun. Fitness experience is helpful. You´ll sweat and have fun!
