In this course, you will learn the most common used essential oils and their practical usage.
Essential oils influence the release of messenger substances in our brain, our modes and our mental presence, just by their smell.
This is the reason why some essential oils can be relaxing, calming or anti depressive. Others can be stimulating or euphoriant.
Furthermore, many essential oils have a relaxing effect on muscles, which makes them an optimal tool for every massage.
The classical aromatic massage will be demonstrated and practiced in our course. That is why we demand you to bring your own ground pad and a big towel.
A pencil and a sheet of paper would be useful, too, because you might want to take notes, when we give you some advices to practice aromatherapy at home.
You can sign up directly before the course starts.
