Entspannungs- und Fantasiereisen

In this course we will do two imaginary journeys per week. It's recommendable to have some experience  in autogenic training, meditation or yoga, but it's not mandatory. The imaginary journeys can treat of real or fictious motives, they can be a great inspiration and help you to relax.

This course will also improve your creativity and your self-assertion.
