Back-gymnastics

In this prevention based course you will be introduced to functional exercises covering the fields of stretching, mobility, stability and strengh of the spine, including its attached muscle groups. The programme will further be supportet by breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Important: Please show up fifteen minutes before the course starts and do not forget to bring a towel and a thermal mat.
