Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, created by Yogi Bhayan is an old, dynamic yoga style from North India. Movement and silence, breathing techniques and mediation are combined in a holistic way and create a state of harmony within body, mind and soul. In this introductory course you will learn the basic techniques.

Please bring casual clothes, ground pad, a sheet and water.
