Free running is about free, creative movements with acrobatic elements. In contrast to “Le Parkour”, we do not focus on the efficiency of our movements, but on the movement itself with all its multifacetedness. Free running and Le Parkours have the same origin. This is the reason why self-discipline and self-assessment are important values in both sports.
In this course, we add to the basics, taken from Le Parkour, some acrobatic elements like flips.
