Wing Tsun is a Kung Fu style which was established in China about 1750 by a Buddhist nun and Shaolin-mistress. The art of Tsun was secretly told over 200 years until Bruce Lee, who had learned it from grandmaster Ip Man, made it to public fame. After Wing Tsun was established in Hong Kong, it gained international attention, because of its practical and realistic alignment. Wing Tsun belongs to the soft Kung Fu styles which are based in the Taoism. “The soft dominates the hard, the flexible dominates the rigid”. You will learn the basic forms, kicks and chops. In the self-defence part you will learn how to act in dangerous situations. At the end of the course, you will be able to take the first exam.
Examination will be the assignment of associations and not of the Hochschulsport.
