Bodymix is a mixture of cardiovascular training and dynamic muscle training without any equipment. Every exercise or routine can be held in various ways, so that the training can be adjusted to any individual and their experience. It is exactly this, which qualifies Bodymix as a perfect training for all fitnesslevels. Added to that, you will have a lot of fun exercising in a big group along to motivating music. This full-body-workout combats all muscle groups and consists of a warm-up-phase, a power- and cardio-workout, as well as a stretching phase in the end.

You need to bring your own indoor shoes in order to participate. It is highly recommended to also bring a towel and something to drink.
