This course is especially for the back. Mobilization, strengthening and stretching of the back muscles by the Pilates-Method will be experienced. Disbalance and back pain can be resolved and posture can be changed by frequently practiced training.  This course is for those who want to stop false sitting and walking. If you suffer from back pain, please inform the instructor before the beginning.
