Body Workout

Body workout is an effective full body workout, in which the main muscle groups are specifically trained and the endurance is improved. We work out an exercise program, in order to bring every participant to the level of exercising in a technically correct form.  With nice music and a lot of fun while moving, we work on our problematic areas.
