Freeletics is a new kind of sports for everyone. If you want to build up your muscles and burn fat at the same time, Freeletics is the key! Different work outs with your own body weight are practiced as fast as possible. You measure your time and try to be faster the next time.
The course takes place outside. Everybody´s welcome. Men and women, beginners and advanced practice together. Everyone will face his limit. Motivate each other and reach new limits!
Please bring sport clothes, solid shoes and of course motivation! The course takes place in weather conditions. We don´t have a possibility to change clothes, so please come dressed.
