The Korean Yoga (like the country itself) experienced a lot of different, cultural influences. It contains elements taken from Tai Chi, Qigong, traditional Chinese medicine and Hatha-Yoga.
Unconventional and effective movements, holding positions, breathing techniques and meditation will strengthen your body and calm your mind. This is how physical and mental wellness can be reached.
